this year’s festival.

Food Truck/Company Name:

Das Bratmobile, Fish Creek Ranch

Name and job title:

Ferdi Edrich, Owner

Your food truck's hometown?:

Arlington, WA

Type of food you serve?:

Authentic German

HOW LONG HAS YOUR FOOD TRUCK BEEN OPEN?:

We started out with a griddle and canopy while we were building our Bratmobile trailer; we have been cooking for 5 years.

Favorite place to serve food?:

Anywhere within Snohomish County

What inspired you to start your business, and what makes you unique?:

We love to cook, especially the meals we enjoyed at home in Germany. We were thinking about how fast food is served in Germany, and we decided to replicate a "Schnell Imbiss" which is a trailer that serves food - so we decided that’s the way to go about bringing our delicious German food to the people at different locations.

What's your personal favorite item that you serve?:

A popular German fast food is called "Frikadelle" which is a seasoned burger with some unique spices from Germany. We are calling it our German Burger, and it comes in three different variations.

What food do you serve that your customers like the most?:

Our customers love the German Burger & our Schnitzel Sandwiches

What’s the most challenging part of running your business or an obstacle you've had to overcome?:

We designed and built the trailer ourselves. Initially it was just an empty toy hauler, and we converted it into a commissary exempt food trailer; getting approval from the Health Department was surely a lengthy, challenging process.

Does your menu cater to any food allergies, vegetarian, or vegan options?:

Yes, we have gluten-free, and vegetarian options.

Favorite place to eat (other than your business)?:

Anthony's Home Port by the Everett Marina

Favorite place in Everett to hang?:

Anywhere by the Water Front

Favorite quote and/or words to live by?:

No matter how small you start, always dream big and be amazed by the results

Are you excited for the 2023 Everett Food Truck Festival? Is there anything you'd like people to know?:

Yes, we are excited for the Everett Food Truck Festival. We have participated before and know what to expect.

Where can people try your food and find you at?:
