Everett Homes of Instagram

This story is brought to you by Live in Everett Member, Houseplants Galore.

We seem to have a lot of home-voyeurs in Everett. There’s a lot of curiosity about what our neighbor’s home looks like on the inside and all of the stories we do about local homes are very popular.

One of our most popular stories last year was about a house on Rainier that has its own Instagram handle. I love to see all of the creative and inspiring ideas, none of which I have time, money or energy to replicate. We all have our strengths and home decor is not one of mine, but I still like to look at pretty things.

I recently found there are a couple of more Everett homes on Insta and thought I’d share, so turn off the HGTV and check out these beautiful local homes.

@remodelingrainier

Remodeling Rainier’s home has continued to evolve with pandemic-fuelled redecorating since we posted about it in early 2020.

The exterior has a fresh pop of color.

We’ve all spent a lot of time at home this past year and that calls for some comfy updates to our outdoor spaces. @remodelingrainier nailed it.

Bold new wallpaper created inspiration for a lot more home decor changes.

@littlehouseonchestnut

This little patriotic house on Chestnut looks like it is straight out of a Pottery Barn catalog. It’s clear lots of thought has gone into every detail and I love the infusion of plants and flowers.

Classic red, white and blue touches.

@littlehouseonchestnut has a very inviting outdoor space. Please invite me over!

Now, that’s an incredible kitchen!

@brightyellowdoor

Bright Yellow Door has a great comfy-cottage vibe. I didn’t think that was my thing, but post this home on VRBO and I’m there.

I’m liking this all-season outdoor space. It’s very PNW.

Now that’s a pro tip, not a single thing matches and it looks absolutely perfect.

That must be the bright yellow door.

Who else should I be following on Instagram? Let me know in the comments.
