If there is one thing Everett was missing, it was a smoothie and bowl shop. We are now fortunate enough to have a solid smoothie and bowl shop, as well as their mobile trailer! Revive Bowls + Smoothies is run by two amazing individuals who were born and raised in Everett and have known each other since they were 15 years old. While interviewing them, it was clear they make a fabulous team and that they have a deep desire to serve their community by creating a stellar product and offering a safe place for people to just be.

In 2019, Whitney and Trevor hatched the idea of Revive, and together they conceptualized their ideal trailer. August 5th will mark the 2nd anniversary of that launch. You can find that trailer at the Everett Marina or at markets around the area. On the summer solstice of this year, June 20th, they opened the doors to their brick and mortar on Hewitt and W Marine View Drive. Revive is also available to cater to larger events such as weddings or corporate events.

The couple has backgrounds in marketing and manufacturing, and they are exceptionally skilled in creating an experience for folks: an experience that is consistent and comforting, one that is inspired by their love of travel. Their goal for the shop is to provide a breath of fresh air, a place to gather, rest, and enjoy a delicious and healthy meal or treat. When you walk in, the space feels like a white-sand beach and is adorned with kiteboarding memorabilia and large, beautiful photographs from the couple’s travels.

The menu is minimalistic, however there is a lot to absorb on your first visit. I suggest perusing their online menu before visiting so you have a good idea of what you want. One of the most important things to highlight is that all of their bases are made with 100% fruit and zero ice. They are all blended-to-order using high-quality ingredients. Trevor and Whitney demand the best for their customers and have placed heavy focus on never running out of food in their trailer, and to also never serve sub-par ingredients. If you have ever struggled to find good quality fresh produce, you know what a challenge this can be.

While they are currently still in soft open mode, they will be making slow drops of new products. Items like the peanut butter banana toast, drizzled with honey and sprinkled with honey crystals, that they graciously treated us to. The toast was perfectly toasted to support the full load of banana slices, peanut butter, and honey. They took the liberty of using hot honey, which really elevated the already delicious toast. They also let slip that they have oatmeal planned in their upcoming product drops. I am a sucker for a fully-dressed bowl of oatmeal.

We have tried a few of their menu offerings since they opened their shop, including their Reawaken bowl and smoothie which has a base blend of pitaya (commonly known as dragonfruit), coconut, banana, pineapple, mango, orange juice, and almond milk; the Relax smoothie with a base blend of acai, blueberry, banana, coconut, orange juice, and almond milk; and their Refresh smoothie with a base blend of coconut, passion fruit, banana, pineapple, peach, agave, orange juice, and almond milk. My favorite part of ordering bowls is the ability to customize the toppings. Each bowl already comes with toppings specific to the menu item, such as granola, banana, raspberry, and strawberry on the Recover bowl. They also offer a long list of add-ons like cacao nibs, honey crystals, and flax seeds.

To better serve their community, Whitney and Trevor have adjusted their hours by opening one hour earlier and closing one hour later. Be sure to check their socials for exact hours. We also suggest keeping a close eye on their socials so you are the first to know when their new products drop. I promised I wouldn’t divulge all of their secrets, so you’ll have to wait and find out.
