How did you first get started in your craft?

Back when I was a young kid, I use to draw with my Mother. She taught me a lot about how to draw characters!

Favorite Artist(s) and/or Inspirations?

I would have to say my two favorite artists are David Choe & Ryan "Henry" Ward.

Favorite Piece You've Created?

My favorite piece I ever created was a canvas wave piece. I did an acrylic pour for the wave. then I used textured paint to detail the wave tips. Finally, I blended the background to look like a sunset with acrylic paint

What is the most challenging part of being an artist, or something you had to overcome?

The hardest thing for me to overcome as an artist was my introverted tendencies. I learned to accept myself and all my flaws and put myself out into the world. To stand behind my art with pride was a huge challenge at first.

I think for me now, the most challenging part of being an artist is to keep finding new challenges to overcome!

How can people be supportive of the arts?

People can be supportive of the arts by coming out to local events and following artists through social media. The power of a share can go a long way!

Favorite place in Everett to eat?

Piroshky & Crepes (Silver Lake)

Favorite place in Everett to hang?

The waterfront or Downtown

Favorite quote and/or words to live by?

Carpe Diem seems to be a quote I tend to keep going back to. As I grow older, I find that life is short; when we take every opportunity that comes our way, it seems to make the world grow wider.

What's next for you?

I enjoy seeking opportunity. I love to work with artists that make music. Basically taking a step to get my art out in as many places as possible! Also, to create new art events for the public to participate in! I would love to open the eyes of the public to art styles that have never been seen before

Where can people purchase or see more of your art?

Instagram and Facebook are the best way to track where my art is displayed. I will be posting a store on my website soon!

I work with a lot of Everett businesses to display my art! My website also has listings of all my upcoming events.
