The Evergreen Community Orchestra will be performing a FREE holiday concert, titled “A Family Gathering”.

The orchestra will perform some holiday favorites, including “A Charlie Brown Christmas”, as well as the electrifying “Christmas Eve/Sarajevo”. Members of both the Everett Chorale, and the Snohomish County Youth Chorus, will join the orchestra on stage for some of the pieces. And the audience is encouraged to participate in some of the singalongs too. We will conclude with the rousing Hallelujah Chorus by Handel.

Ring in the holiday season with the Everett Philharmonic at its annual family concert, Music for the Imagination! This shorter, no‑intermission program is designed to delight energetic youngsters and seasoned music lovers alike. Britten’s Young Person’s Guide to the Orchestra will introduce the instruments with melody and harmony. Holiday favorites like The Nutcracker and Polar Express will warm your festive spirit. Be inspired by our 13‑year‑old piano soloist, and join the fun as children in the audience help create the BOOM of the 1812 Overture and jingle sleigh bells in the finale.

Fun is hands-on with our PUD education and Natural Resources staff. While supplies last, get your hands dirty creating native plant seed balls. You’ll learn about native plants and how they benefit our precious environment.

Also, visit our Vegetation Management team to see if you can win a tree (drawings are at 10:45 am, 11:45 am, 12:45 pm and 1:15 pm), play the Salmon game inside the building, and make salt dough ornaments with our environmental team in the parking lot. There are wheels to spin to win prizes and games to play around every corner!

Join us for a day of blaster play at The Everett Mall. Enter at the rear mall entrance (between Floor & Decor and Burlington) and get ready to have some fun in 7,600 sq ft of unused mall space.

Bring your own blasters (dart-firing and/or Rival round firing blasters only), but leave your darts at home and use the community darts.

No blaster? No problem! We have plenty of free loaners available.

Bring your own eye protection, water and food, but the darts are provided.

Appropriate for Ages 8&Up (Children under 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian).

There are recommended family areas for players and spectators, and a recommended 14&Up player rest area. Please bring your own camping or folding chair.

Join us each second Saturday of the month for a day of foam dart blaster (a/k/a Nerf) play at The Everett Mall. Enter through the Rear Mall Entrance located between Floor & Decor and Burlington.

FREE Family Fun: Community Access Night

Friday, June 21, 2024 from 5-9 p.m.
at Imagine Children’s Museum

All families with children ages 12 and under* are invited to attend this free event, and can bring the whole family! Community Access Nights offer regional families free admission during these special times to strengthen bonds, promote new friendships and spark creativity through playful learning.

Join me for some fun line dancing at Scuttlebutt Taproom & Brewery! Lessons start at 6pm and there will be plenty of social dancing in between.

Adults are $10 and kids are free! bring the whole family for a fun night of line dancing.

Learn to make these charming decorative decoupage jars that can be used for so many things, from flower arrangements to candles.

We provide dried flowers, glue, twine and step by step instructions. Perfect for ages 6+ and kids of all ages. Each person gets 2 jars.
