The Port of Everett’s free family Halloween bash returns to Waterfront Place, where the marina itself gets in costume. Expect “Troll or Treat” trick-or-treating along the docks from decorated boats, a Witches Paddle of costumed kayakers gliding across the harbor, a Monster Mash dance party, ghoulish games, creepy crafts, and a free pumpkin patch while supplies last.

It’s become one of Everett’s most photogenic fall traditions — costumes strongly encouraged, for kids and grown-ups alike. Check the Port’s website for this year’s confirmed times as the date approaches.
