There is no parking on-site. Off-site parking with shuttles will be available ($1 suggested donation). There will be items for sale: Food, drinks, arts and crafts and more. The Beer & Wine garden with music each evening will have a cover charge and is for adults over 21 years of age only.

Everett Public Library celebrates its 125th birthday

There will be face painters, balloon artists, crafts, and cake at the main library. Local author, Carole Dagg, will present a talk called "Daily Life in 1894" at 2:30 p.m. in the library activity room. Dagg is the author of the young adult novel, "The Year We Were Famous," based on the true story of her family's walk from Washington state to New York in 1896.

Join your fellow community members at our 20th Annual Yankee Doodle Dash. Start your 4th of July the right way by walking/crawling or running our 10k, 5k or 1 mile race. This will be the last time that our Doodle will be held at the downtown location and each participant will receive a finishers commemorative medal and T-Shirt.

Park rangers and City staff are leading the fun and games at Kids to Parks Day, along with community partners and sponsors: Play It Again Sports, Skyhawks, Premier Golf, Hand in Hand, Washington Team Disc Golf, Dairy Queen and Trader Joe's.

Play a family round of hot lava on the sprawling playground after spending the afternoon trying: Nature walks with park rangers, Trail runs and A disc-golf, hole-in-one challenge with Washington Team Disc Golf.

The museum will be hosting an Easter Egg hunt on April 6th from 10:00am-1:00pm in our brand new hangar. There will be two seperate egg hunts for different age groups; 1-5 and 6-10 years old. In the easter eggs hidden around the hangar, will be prizes and candy along with a fun fact about history for your child to learn.
