The Best Chicken Sandwich in Everett? Very Likely!

It took everything in me to not pull over and sink my teeth into the scrumptious smelling chicken sandwich. I don’t typically eat chicken sandwiches because the ones I’ve had have been dry and flavorless, but everywhere I clicked online people were raving about Zoey’s Chicken Sandwiches.

On my way to the office, I stopped by Zoey’s to pick up a couple of sandwiches for Garret and me to eat during a lunch meeting. Zoey’s is on W. Casino Road in the old Papa Murphy’s location. The service was excellent and super friendly.

I managed to get to the office without stopping for a bite of my sandwich. We unwrapped the sandwiches and then had to wait and wait to eat them while Garret took photos.

Finally, I got to take a bite and oh man, it was amazing. I ordered the original sandwich and it came with pickles, cheddar and mayo and a side of fries. The meat was so moist and the coating had just a little bit of heat. I ate every last bite. I didn’t realize fries came with the sandwich so didn’t think to ask for dipping sauce. While they were nice and crispy crinkle-cut, I didn’t get to enjoy them the way they should be enjoyed, with ketchup.  Author note: since writing this article lots of people I’ve spoken with have given rave reviews of Zoey’s fries. I concur, having eaten at Zoey’s countless times now.

Here is what Garret had to say:  I really enjoyed it, it tasted fresh and well balanced. I would gladly eat it again and I look forward to trying some of their spicier options. I'm not a big fry guy, and they had been sitting since we got them to go, so I didn't care for the fries much. The sandwich was delicious, though.

So, two thumbs up!  👍👍

I will be going back to Zoey’s, so lucky for me it is just a few minutes from where I live. My 11 year old will be happy to hear they have chicken tenders that come with fries and dipping sauce. There are many sandwich options with more heat than the original, including spicy habanero and mild jalapeno. There is also BBQ, mushroom swiss, sweet pineapple, avocado chicken and cordon blue - so many choices. There’s wings on the menu too!
