Pisces Pies

March 14 is Pi day, and it sure was in Everett in 2023! Pisces Pies picked the perfect date to open the doors to Everett’s one and only dedicated pie shop. Specializing in hand-rolled pies made with local fruit, this locally-owned pie shop helped make 2023 nice and sweet.

Poke’ Boy

South Everett welcomed a culinary treasure in 2023 to help transport you to the shores of Hawaii. Poke' Boy, situated directly across the street from the Everett Mall, is the perfect spot to indulge in the mouthwatering delights of poke’ bowls. These things are way too delicious. And don’t forget the refreshing drinks, including lychee, mocktails, and more.

Colby Club

A late but seemingly well-loved new business that opened at the tail end of 2023 in Everett was The Colby Club. Everett’s newest speakeasy is mixing up classic cocktails in a quaint environment. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and are delighted to have this new small business in Everett.

South Fork Baking

Another new business in Everett in 2023 that opened near the tail end of the year was South Fork Baking Co. Though South Fork is certainly no stranger to Everett as they’ve been wholesaling their baked goodies and popping up around town for quite a while now. The opening of their official bakery at the Port of Everett’s Waterfront Place adds a tasty mix to Everett’s expanding waterfront.

The Muse

Speaking of Everett’s expanding waterfront, perhaps one of the most celebrated new Everett businesses in 2023, the Muse Whiskey & Coffee officially opened its doors. Though their doors are far from new as they’ve brought the historic Weyerhauser building back to life in the best of ways. Sitting at the water's edge of Boxcar Park, the setting and style of The Muse is unparalleled and just as on par with their top-notch offerings.
