Sketchy Everett Volume 26: Evergreen Lanes

We just had the wettest winter on record in 122 years, simply because that's when weather record-keeping began in this area. For all we know it could have been the wettest winter ever! Those 45 inches of rain really drives someone to be indoorsy.
Evergreen Lanes is just such a place to get indoorsy - one of two bowling allies in Everett, along with Glacier Lanes, both in South Everett. When was the last time you went bowling?
As we collectively impatiently await the short-sleeve spring weather, I'd recommend this alley just off Evergreen Way, and drown out the sound of rain with strikes and spares. Spring is coming...someday.
Elizabeth is an award winning Everett, Washington-based artist and graphic designer. Using pen and watercolor, she sketches from life and creates 'illustrative infographics,' often featuring Northwest themes.
