Dads: Celebrate Valentine's with Father/Daughter Dance
Hey, Pops.
This weekend you can celebrate Valentine’s Day by taking your daughter out on the town to the "Daddy Daughter Dance"— an event put on by the city at Floral Hall.
There will be dancing, music, food, and photos.
Dress attire is Sunday best.
Floral Hall is a classy wooden-ceilinged venue wood with a dance floor. Light refreshments will be served at the dance and all participants will have their photo taken and presented to them in a commemorative folder.
The cost is $29 per father/daughter duo (father figures may also apply), plus $6 for each additional daughter. Please note that registration is required. Contact the Recreation Office at 425-257-8300, ext. 2 to sign up.
Sorry moms and sons, this event is father/daughter only. But stay tuned for the city’s mother/son dance around Halloween time.
