Howdy friends!
We're looking for a hyper-organized admin ninja to join our team. If you or anyone you know may be interested, here's the details:
www.LiveInEverett.com is a small independent media outlet about the good things happening in Everett WA. We're looking for someone to help out with part-time administrative support. Around 10-20 hours/ week to start with room for growth and other opportunities for the right candidate. We are headquartered in Downtown Everett.
Primary Tasks:
Misc. website updates such as updating events calendar, food guides, etc.
Laying out newsletters through mailchimp, inputting photos, links, etc.
Proof reading/ reviewing/ formatting articles
Posting to Social media and replying to comments
Monitoring company emails
Possibly some writing
Pack/ship orders, errands, deliveries, etc.
Assist with the processing of ads, contracts, and sales support
Other Misc. Administrative tasks
Competencies:
Highly organized, detail oriented, and reliable
Comfortable with technology (i.e.: Typing, Dropbox/ google docs/ printing/ spreadsheets/ social media/ squarespace, etc.)
Good at reading/ typing/ grammar
Time management
Team Player (and able to work independently)
Managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Communication
Ideal candidates will have:
Reliable transportation
A cell phone
Lap top Computer (optional)
Professional demeanor
Familiarity with social media/ blogging
A love and familiarity of Everett
Positive Attitude
Value community
Pay: $15/hour
