Susan Casey, bestselling author of books about sharks, dolphins and big wave surfing, will speak at Everett Community College’s Henry M. Jackson Conference Center Wilderness Room.

The event, presented by EvCC’s Ocean Research College Academy (ORCA), is free and open to the public.

Casey is the author of three New York Times bestsellers, “The Wave: In Pursuit of the Rogues, Freaks, and Giants of the Ocean,” “The Devil’s Teeth: A True Story of Obsession and Survival Among America’s Great White Sharks,” and, most recently, “Voices in the Ocean: A Journey Into the Wild and Haunting World of Dolphins.” All of her books will be available for purchase before and after her talk.
