Snohomish County Black Heritage Committee is hosting their First Annual Nubian Jam WinterFest Saturday at 10 a.m. Grammy Award-winning Gospel Artist CeCe Winans will be featured along with other musicians, cultural classes, cooking, crafts, and arts as well as a historical timeline and musical documentary.
