Lamoureux Real Estate has deep roots in Everett and does tons for the local community. The owner, Barb Lamoureux, and her son, Chris Lamoureux, are phenomenal folks. We work out of their office, and hang our real estate licenses there. Best of all, they are a gracious sponsor of Live In Everett, so we know them pretty well. Here are 10 things we love about the Lamoureux's.

1) We once saw Barb Lamoureux throw a Buick across the street after someone sent her a low-ball offer.
2) Chris Lamoureux ages in reverse. Seriously. Have you seen his photo from 5 years ago? Benjamin Button.
3) No matter how much we'd like to brag about our own real estate skills, we'll never be as amazing as Barb Lamoureux. NEVER.
4) Chuck Norris jokes started out as Barb Lamoureux jokes until she found out and put an end to them.
5) Chris Lamoureux's new hit TV show, Realtor to the Stars (Hockey Edition).
6) By the time we finish making our beds in the morning, Barb Lamoureux's already staged 3 houses. (Jokes on her, we don't make our beds until noon. #RealtorLife)
7) One time we randomly pointed out a cool looking house in Everett to Barb Lamoureux. She admitted she had not sold it 3 times. She had only sold it twice.
8) Chris lived in the Rucker Mansion as a care-taker when Barb had it for sale 20 years ago. The property value has never been as high since he moved out.
9) We once called a contractor for an emergency repair. The contractor said they were 9 days out. We mentioned we knew Barb Lamoureux. They were there within the hour.

In all seriousness, the Lamoureux's truly are phenomenal at their craft of selling residential real estate in the Everett area. Barb Lamoureux has been in the business since 1988. Not only are they a wealth of knowledge and success to glean from, but they are genuinely good people. We're so thankful they're in Everett, and we're super proud to work for their brokerage.
