Join us as we check up on all of the new plants which are being planted on Green Everett Day the previous weekend (10/22). We'll be making sure everything is happy in its new home, adding mulch and water as needed, and possibly weeding as well.

Let's continue down the trail on the basketball court side of the park with removing blackberries, and freshening up wood chip rings around the younger trees and ferns that are being swallowed by the tall grasses!

The SEFP entrance at 105th Place SE is in need of our help before our fall tree planting in that location! General sprucing up along with ivy and blackberry removal will make it easier to plant trees along this much used access point from SEFP to the Interurban Trail!

Let's prep Johnston Kelly Park for fall planting! We'll remove invasive weeds, spread mulch, and cut back vegetation along trails.

By now the trees, ferns and many other native plants at Hannabrook are thirsty again! Let's get them through the summer with a final drink of water! If there's time, we will continue with removal of blackberries!

Get your morning workout in! Watering, spreading wood chips and continuing the proactive removal of dry and dead debris that would be fuel for a wildfire.

Let's have some fun at Rotary - this park hasn't seen work in a while and needs some love! We have loads of introduced species to remove, from the easy pullers like herb Robert to sticklers like blackberry! We have some fun identification activities planned as well, so bring your identification books if you have them, or download your favorite plant ID App!

AliCat Community: Next Sunday (07/31) we will be picking up the garbage surrounding Everett Veterinary Hospital.

We meet at 10 am in the McDonald’s overflow parking just behind Chevron. Supplies, coffee and donuts are supplied!

Volunteers keep our shop rolling. Learn how you can help – once in a while or once a week. People with mechanical skills (or who want to learn) are great.

We also have shop, office and online tasks for people who can help with non-bike tasks.

Orientation is offered via Zoom at 5:30 p.m. the third Wednesday of the month.
