Village Theatre brings RAGTIME to Everett for the country’s 250th. Set in 1902 New York, it braids together three stories — a Harlem pianist, a Jewish immigrant father, and a woman in a New Rochelle mansion — into one of the great American musicals, with a Tony-winning score that moves from ragtime to blues to jazz.
