City Council President Scott Murphy and other city officials will recognize this year’s winners at the ceremony. The celebration starts with a reception followed by the awards presentation, featuring photo presentations of the winning homes and businesses.

The Monte Cristo awards recognize Everett residents and business owners for their extensive efforts to make their homes and businesses attractive and to keep them well maintained. Awards are given in three categories: Rejuvenation and Transformation, Pride of the Neighborhood and Neighborhood-Friendly Business. Each winner receives a plaque for the exterior of their home or business.
