No Sharing Required: 4 Personal Pizzas To Kill Your Highly Specific Craving

Pizza is everywhere.
Most of the time, though, a whole one’s a bit much. Slices aren’t hard to find, but your only choices are the ones they happened to make that day. I’d rather pay a little more for a personal pizza so I can choose what’s on it, and know it’ll taste great because it’s made when I order it.
That said, it’s important to remember that they take as long as a regular pizza to cook, so consider calling ahead or ordering online so you don’t have to wait.
Here are four personal pizzas you can find in Everett to feed your specific craving.
Giorgio’s Pizza & Spaghetti House
My personal pizza quest started, oddly enough, with an oil change. My friends Liz and Jerimiah own City Auto Repair, and while my car was up on the rack, Liz told me about Giorgio’s.

When I went, I chose anchovies for my pizza and there were plenty, under a very generous layer of cheese. Italian dressing was a natural choice for the salad, which is deceptively large. The whole salad and half the pizza made a perfect lunch, and of course I had the rest of the pizza for breakfast the next day.
Acropolis Pizza & Pasta
I found a two topping mini pizza at Acropolis. The décor is Greek-inspired, which made me hungry for those flavors, so I got gyro meat and onions on the pizza.
Go to Acropolis if you like to eat the bones.
This one’s got a nice big crust, which is perfect for dipping in the salad dressing (which there’s always plenty of). Their list of toppings is extensive so you are sure to find something you like.
Major League Pizza
Major League had more options on that menu than you will anywhere else. They have three crust options, nine sauces, 11 cheeses, plus a ton of meats and vegetables.
Overwhelmed by choices? All their specialty pizzas are available as personal pizzas, so you don’t even have to come up with your own combination. I didn’t notice that option until later, which is a bummer, but the marinara, onion, and taco meat pizza I ended up with was great.
Lots of interesting options at Major League, be bold.
That area of downtown is perfect for a quick walk, so while my pizza cooked, I checked out the signs at the new Funko headquarters and some hidden public art in the walkway that leads from Colby to the Everpark garage. And, to be efficient, I got another personal pizza from one of Major League’s neighbors on the same block.
Romio’s Pizza & Pasta
While I’m not specifically ranking these pizzas or pitting them against each other, the one at Romio’s stood out as having the most intense, traditional flavor of them all. I chose red onions and Italian sausage, and really loved how flavorful the sausage was.
Romio’s has the smallest personal pizza if you measure by diameter, but it’s thick and hearty.
