Barkside Cafe - the human-friendly bar and cafe attached to Pawsome Park and Lodge’s indoor dog park on Rucker Ave - runs a neighborhood happy hour every Tuesday in October. $2 hot dogs (ketchup and mustard only) with any drink purchase, alongside the usual coffee, food and beer on tap.

October dates: Tuesday Oct 6, 13, 20 and 27, 5-7 p.m.

Free to walk in, and you don’t need a dog to come. Supervised dog watching is available 5-7 p.m. for $10 with a Pawsome membership, limited by occupancy and staffing.
