7 Things To Do For St. Patrick's Day in Everett

Let's be real. The best thing about holidays is getting to eat and drink as much as you want. To me, no other holiday blatantly embodies the drinking side of this tradition more than St. Patrick's day. Always so much beer...and whiskey, and corned beef, cabbage, soda bread. I do love it.

Here's a list of some things do do on St. Patrick's day, which happens to be a Friday this year. Look out, Everett!

BTW, Saint Patrick was a real person.

1. The Irishmen
Downtown Everett's Irish Pub always has a big ol' to do on St. Patrick's day. Things get going at 11 AM, and live music starts at 4:30 PM with Irish fare and beer pouring until midnight. There will be a $10 cover charge after 4 PM and probably a big crowd. It's a real good time. More info.

2. Shawn O'Donnell's
South Everett's Irish Pub goes nuts for St. Patrick's with a 5 day festival. Honestly, there's too much to list here but you can view a list of festivities here.

3. TELLERS Show
Shameless plug alert. My band TELLERS is hosting a sort of album fundraiser/private party/local show with I Will Keep Your Ghost, Lonely Mountain Lovers and Fretland. There's a $10 suggested donation at the door that'll help fund the TELLERS full length record. You're invited! More info here.

4. Imagine Children's Museum
Kids in the mix? Friday March 17th is free admission night at Imagine Children's Museum. Get the kids properly tuckered before dropping them off with the sitter.

5. The Anchor
Everett's lovably hip slum dwelling, The Anchor is having live music from Tutwiler Station. Expect drinking songs, green beer, and probably some delicious corned beef. 21+ only.

6. Crucible Brewing
Crucible Brewing has a St. Patrick's party with Irish music, rare barrel-aged beers, an Indian food truck, and absolutely no green beer. Good beer though. 21+ More info here.

7. ReNew Works
Housing Hope's ReNew Works Home & Decor is hosting a fun-filled event all day with live music, refreshments, snacks, and raffles local businesses. Check it out on our calendar here.

Where are you going for St. Patrick's Day? Comment below and share what you're excited for.

You can check out more Everett events over on our events calendar here. Have fun. Be safe. Don't drink and drive. Cheers!

Besides sailing the S.S. Live in Everett, Tyler and crew own a creative agency called Milltown Creative. He plays guitar in the band TELLERS, loves watching the Everett music scene grow (it's a real thing), and also likes selling real estate.
