CRIMES OF THE HEART
NOW PLAYING AT VILLAGE THEATRE

Crimes of the Heart is deemed "a charming and hilarious portrait of women in the South and the crimes of the heart (Like murdering their husbands 😱) that can only be shared between sisters." Go see it! Everything Village Theatre does is gold – we never miss a show. Details here.

EAT + DRINK

So we finally checked out Moontree Asian Tapas this past weekend and all we kept thinking was 'what the hell took us so long?' We went for happy hour on Saturday (4:30 - 6:30) and ordered a TON of delicious Asian-fusion food. The restaurant is located right next to Anthony's Homeport, so the view is unreal and overlooks the channel. We ordered two glasses of their house red which was excellent (and only $5), along with potstickers, two house salads, spicy edamame, crispy green beans and the chicken karaage (we know, we're pigs). The food was outstanding in every sense of the word – super flavorful and beautiful. The service was excellent and the food came out very quickly. Best of all, the whole trip was only about $40 total, which we think is hard to beat for drinks and this much food, not to mention the view. It's easy to see why this place has 5 star reviews pretty much everywhere on the internet. We highly suggest you go check 'em out and grab happy hour this week.

Speaking of happy hour, head over to the EVVY Awards page and vote for Everett's best happy hour.
