DINE OUT FOR EDUCATION
MARCH 18th & 19th AT LOMBARDI'S ITALIAN

As if you need another excuse to eat at Lombardi's, they're donating 5% of both lunch & dinner sales on March 18th & 19th to benefit the 2016 Lombardi's Italian Restaurants Annual Scholarship Fund at Everett Community College. We ❤️ Lombardi's. Not only do they have some of the best food in Everett (and a killer happy hour), they're also always doing something to give back to the community.

MAKERS MARKET

Everett's new pop-up market rules. It's full of local makers including Sketchy Everett's Elizabeth Person and our friend Josh who makes the coolest journals you'll ever see. Don't miss it this Saturday! More info here.

CRIMES OF THE HEART
NOW PLAYING AT VILLAGE THEATRE

Crimes of the Heart is deemed "a charming and hilarious portrait of women in the South and the crimes of the heart (like murdering their husbands 😱) that can only be shared between sisters." Go see it! Everything Village Theatre does is gold – we never miss a show. Details here.

EAT + DRINK

This month's EVVY contest is searching for Everett's best happy hour. If you haven't (or even if you have) voted, head out this week and do some research. We recently hit up Sol Food's happy hour for mojitos and plantain chips and it got us very excited for summer evenings on their patio.

Go cast your vote on the EVVY awards page here.

ON THE BLOG

There's a new 'HashtagEverettWA' on the blog full of insta-glamours Everett sunsets. Peep it here.

Elizabeth just sent in a new Sketchy Everett that we'll be posting sometime this week. Stay tuned, it's a beaut'.

IN OTHER NEWS

Like we said earlier, Everett's Fauna Shade just released a new EP with a very Everett-centric name, 'Floral Hall' (named after the banquet hall at Forest Park). You can stream it on their Soundcloud here. Let's all just take a sec to give these guys a round of applause for helping to put Everett's music scene on the map. We believe strongly that music (and all art) provide a tremendous amount of life for communities. Thanks to Fauna Shade and everyone in Everett who's doing the work to create things for us to enjoy. 👍🏼
