Costumed kids follow a trail of balloons through downtown Everett, collecting candy from participating businesses. Free and all ages.
Leashed pets and their people meet at Pawsome Park & Lodge at 1 p.m. on Halloween, then parade to Wetmore Plaza.
A free family celebration of DÃa de Muertos with food, performances, vendors and face painting, noon to 5 p.m. at Celestial Events.
