On Thursday, March 28, from noon to 1 p.m., the PUD will host a free Power Talks presentation to discuss how the Inflation Reduction Act, or IRA, has incentives aimed at helping homeowners and business owners be more energy efficient and save money. In 2021, the federal government passed the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) which provides direct financial assistance to local governments to help communities recover from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
