You could easily live in Everett for 20 years without coming across the Valley View neighborhood. That’s because there’s only one way in and out. Entering the neighborhood you cross a bridge over the top of I-5. One of the first things you see are sweet mountain and valley views which makes this centrally-located neighborhood feel like a quaint escape.
