The Port Gardner Neighborhood includes the southwest part of downtown and Rucker Hill. Port Gardner is a peaceful and established community. Rucker hill has 180 degree views overlooking the Olympic Mountain Range, Puget Sound, downtown, and the Cascade mountain range.
WHY IT'S GREAT
BOUNDARIES
North
Pacific Avenue
East
Snohomish River
South
41st Street
West
Port Gardner Bay
The Port Gardner neighborhood borders the entrance to Forest Park, which is arguably the best park in Everett - featuring a petting zoo and swimming pool. In the summer, grab some friends and catch an Aquasox baseball game at the Everett Memorial Stadium. Or, hit up the Anchor Pub, one of our favorite (and oldest) bars in town. Local tip: order a 'train beer' when the train rolls by and get a PBR schooner for a buck.
THINGS TO DO
Lots of unique historic homes including some amazing mansions on Rucker Hill.
