The Northwest Neighborhood is home to some of the most gorgeous homes in all of Everett, and hands down the best place to watch the sunset - Grand Avenue Park.
WHY IT'S GREAT
BOUNDARIES
North
Snohomish River
East
Broadway
South
19th Street
West
Port Gardner Bay
Along with catching the sunset and playing at Grand Avenue park, the Northwest neighborhood is also home to Legion Memorial Park and the Arboretum. Legion Park has a large playground, barbecue area, and more. Play some golf at Legion Memorial Golf Course, or visit one of the many mini libraries around the neighborhood. It’s our favorite place for evening walks with our wives.
THINGS TO DO
Predominantly historic homes with a few mid-century and more contemporary homes sprinkled in. The Northwest neighborhood is also home to some amazing mansions and estate properties near the water, including the former home of Senator Henry M. Jackson.
