A quaint community with an abundance of character. Lowell dates back to 1863, nearly 30 years before Everett. Lowell has a very small-town feel, yet it's only minutes from downtown Everett. The historic community borders the Snohomish River, and has majestic views of the Snohomish River Valley and Cascade Mountains.
WHY IT'S GREAT

Lowell has 2 great parks: Rotary Park and Lowell Park. Rotary Park (also known as the Riverfront Trail) has a flat 3 mile long trail that runs along side the beautiful Snohomish River. Lowell park is 10 acres and features basketball courts, a playground, tennis courts, an off-leash dog area, and more. Lowell also has its own small downtown with a pottery studio, bar, tattoo shop, and church.
THINGS TO DO
Lots of quaint historic charmers and bungalows. The majority of homes in Lowell were built in the early 1900's. It's not uncommon to even come across homes built in the late 1800's in Lowell.
