Summer has pulled anchor and sailed away, so it's time to bring paddleboard yoga to the pool.
Indoor pool SUP yoga is excellent for all levels. I give clear instruction and modifications for beginners, and I always throw some challenges to the yogis who want to see what they're capable of! The pool is a safe & warm place to practice, SUP yoga is a fun way to burn 400-600 calories in an hour, and we take a lovely floating savasana at the end. Perfection.
