Artist Henry Jackson-Spieker connects the three concepts by working in contrasting materials – glass, bronze, steel and wood. He challenges the inherent properties of those materials to create physical tension.

Visitors can meet Jackson-Spieker at an opening reception for the show noon to 2 p.m. at the gallery Sept. 26.
