Where to start. Oh yeah, the views! Wowza. Boulevard Bluffs boarders the water and is very hilly, which makes for some of the most amazing and abundant views around. It's also conveniently-located just between Downtown Everett and Muktilteo.
WHY IT'S GREAT
BOUNDARIES
North
Port Gardner Bay
East
Phillips Creek (middle of 1900 block of Mukilteo Boulevard)
South
Merrill Creek Parkway / Seaway Boulevard
West
Mukilteo City limits
There are lots of parks in the area. Enjoy primo sunsets. Head to the beach at Howarth Park. Multiple dog parks in the area. Good trail running.
THINGS TO DO
Many simple ramblers (1 story homes) built in the 40's and 50's. Larger, more custom, 2 story homes built in the 60's, 70's, and newer. Great water views.
