THINGS TO DO IN EVERETT WASHINGTON
SORTICULTURE
FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY AT LEGION MEMORIAL PARK
Everett's epic garden arts festival is this weekend and you should go, regardless of your current garden status. If you have a garden, then great, you can load up garden goodness. No garden? No problem. There's loads to keep you entertained like live music, food, drinks, kid stuff, etc. We go to eat from the food trucks and chat with friendly locals in the wine garden.
A couple cool things to note about this year's Sorticulture. 1) The FREE shuttle is picking up/dropping off at EVCC's fitness center this year (map). 2) There's no need to carry around your purchases all day – you can leave your items with Housing Hope at the purchase hold & pick up area and they'll help you load 'em up when you're ready to leave. 3) On Saturday, Cocoon House teens will be selling garden art at the festival. Give 'em some love, wont ya? Shout out to the folks at the city for putting on this event for us all to enjoy. More info.

Been to Major League Pizza lately? We stopped in for lunch slices last week and holy cow, it was delicious. We'd eat there everyday if we didn't know better. Did you know they have a giant 24" pizza called the Big Show? Grab it next time you're having a party. You'll smile when you open the box and see how big it is.

There's a new 2 bedroom condo on the market in South Everett that's just a stone's throw away from Boeing and Everett's best Indian restaurant. Priced at under $150k it would be cheaper than renting. Check it.

IN OTHER NEWS
We had a great time hanging out and talking Everett with the dudes from KRKO's 'The Lounge' on Sunday night. We scarfed down a half-dozen sliders from the Soundview and drank some Scuttlebutt Amber Ale. 'Twas delicious. If you're into sports, or not, you should check out these dudes and their show Sunday nights 7-9 on 1380 AM. They kill it. Especially for a couple of young guys. We were impressed.
