Everett Police Detective Jeff Nevin provides an overview of active Snohomish County gangs.

Detective Nevin will provide an overview of national gangs and which local sets are active in Snohomish County, and will show images and discuss local gang graffiti, artwork and attire.

He will also cover legal definitions and laws the police use to track gang members, and will relate how Everett Police address gangs and work with other organizations to discourage gang activity.
