The North end of Grand Ave in the Northwest Neighborhood is like an exhibit of historic homes. Being one of the most sought after neighborhoods in all of Everett, we had to share this amazing new listing with you guys. It just hit the market.

The biggest downside to this home that we can tell, is there's no garage. But, you still have off street parking in back. Which is pretty sweet.
All in all, with this address, at this price, we had to share this one with you guys right away. The house we shared about last week (1420 Rucker Ave Everett) went pending within the first couple of days of being on market, and we don't expect this one to be any different. The Everett area market has really started picking up again since Christmas.
