2 Brunch Spots Worth Hitting in Everett

I like brunch. I do. I also like sleep so when I say brunch it’s usually late. Like afternoon late. These places all serve until (at least) 2:00p so you can get your beauty sleep and still grab a brunchy feast fit for the queen or king you really are. Here are my three go-to places in Everett and my favorite thing to eat there.

#1 The New Mexicans

The service is always great for the brunchtime crowd (can I trademark brunchtime?), the coffee usually tastes like coffee, and the brunch menu is small but mighty. Almost everything is amazing but I just can’t get enough of the Carne Asada burrito. Go crazy and get a side of house-smoked bacon because you owe it to yourself.

#2 Kate’s Greek and American

I used to live right across the street from this place so it was always a great drop in spot. They can get pretty packed but that’s just how it goes sometimes. There are a ton of options here I just happen to think they do Eggs Benedict(s) the best. Nothing against traditional but The Country Bennie is where it’s at. Biscuits + Gravy in Bennie form? Be still my heart!
