Everett Food Truck Festival - Volunteers

The Everett Food Truck Festival is Saturday August 27th 9am-5pm, and we could use some volunteer help. You can kill some time in between grub sessions and earn yo' self a free meal ticket!

We want you to have plenty of time to enjoy the festival, so all volunteer shifts are 2.5 hours or less.

4 volunteer shifts:

Shift 1: 8:30am-11am
(Festival starts at 9, so we'll have you start a little early to help us finish setting up.)

Shift 2: 10:45am-1pm

Shift 3: 12:45pm-3pm

Shift 4: 2:45pm-5:15pm
(Festival ends at 5, so if you can hang an extra 15 minutes or so we could definitely use some help cleaning up!)

Main areas we'll need help:

Area 1: Cleaning Dining Area
We'll have at least 1 dining area, and so we'll need help making sure tables stay clean, garbage is picked up, etc. We'll provide the cleaning supplies.

Area 2: Handing Out Festival Guides
We're printing up thousands of guides to give people the low down on all the different food offerings at the festival. We'll need lots of help handing these guides out to everyone.

Area 2A: Line Control
There's going to be a lot folks roaming about, so keeping lines orderly will be important. Don't worry, you can hand them a festival guide as an ice breaker before you inform them they're facing the wrong way.

Interested in volunteering?

If you're interested in volunteering for a shift, click here, or shoot an email to Contact@LiveInEverett.com. Let us know your full name, contact info, which shift(s) you'd be able to help with and which area(s) you'd be comfortable helping.

Shifts 1 and 2 are almost full, and we need at least a dozen more people for shifts 3 and 4. If you do become a volunteer, we'll be doing a quick orientation ahead of time (probably via recorded video), so you'll know exactly what to expect day of.

Thanks all! We appreciate your support.
