Everett Real Estate - November 2016 Market Update It's November. How did that happen? Guess it's time for another Everett real estate market update*. Here are last month's results... OCTOBER 2016 Now let's compare October's numbers to the month before that, shall we? SEPTEMBER 2016 The last 2 months were pretty similar. Not much change, really. Let's take a look at last year's numbers, and see how they compare to last month's. OCTOBER 2015 Surprisingly, no drastic changes here either. The biggest change comparing October 2016 to October 2015 is the days on the market (went from 38 last year down to 24 this year). Things are definitely still selling faster, but apparently there's some consistency with things quieting down quickly in the Fall. These have been the most consistent numbers we've seen in a while. Being one of the most sought after neighborhoods in all of Everett, we had to share this amazing new listing with you guys. Which is a great price for so much house in this neighborhood. That's over a 5% increase in a single month. 🔥 The average number of days on market sped up by one day, and the number homes sold increased by over 10%. For a broader comparison, let's take a look at the numbers from this time last year, May 2017: Year over year, comparing May 2017 to May 2018, average homes prices in Everett increased from $355k to $423k. That's a 19% increase in a single year. Welp, those are the latest stats on the Everett real estate market. We know there's a lot of a mixed feelings about the current market.
