Podcast Ep. 34: Black Lab Gallery's Isabella V.

This week on the podcast we had local art guru and owner of the Black Lab Gallery Isabella Valencia. A cultivator of the arts and recent Wendt Award recipient, Isabella finds her passion through encouraging artists in the community and running the daily doings of the gallery.

"Artists need to make money, and you can't be afraid of it."

When not hosting events like Poetry Laboratory and the Everett Art Walk, Isabella is busy preparing her newest business The Rockafella Hotel, an artist community space where freelance artists can work together in an open space.
