HOW LONG HAS YOUR FOOD TRUCK BEEN OPEN?:

Just opened summer 2023!

Favorite place to serve food?:

Everywhere!

What inspired you to start your business, and what makes you unique?:

I love sharing Mexican culture, especially through food! Our menu captures classic Mexican flavors, such as cinnamon, piloncillo (similar to brown sugar), and chiles, which can be found in our Mexican mocha. You won't find fresh-made churros in many places in the Pacific NW, and we're proud to be one of the few. Our classic horchata is never made with a mix is delicious in an horchata latte!

What's your personal favorite item that you serve?:

The churro sundae is a crowd-pleaser! Warm cinnamon+sugar churros topped with gelato, whipped cream, and drizzles. Need I say more? Our gelato flavors are horchata, Mexican vanilla, spicy Mexican chocolate, and cinnamon.

What food do you serve that your customers like the most?:

People can never get enough churros, it seems!

What’s the most challenging part of running your business or an obstacle you've had to overcome?:

Making sure our battery system is sufficiently charged to last for an entire shift. We ran into technical difficulties that the electrical engineers had to work out, but in the meantime it was very frustrating! We're good to go now!

Does your menu cater to any food allergies, vegetarian, or vegan options?:

Churros and horchata are always vegan! We offer milk alternatives such as oat, almond, and coconut, and horchata can be used as an alternative as well.

Favorite place to eat (other than your business)?:

Taco City in Columbia City

Favorite place in Everett to hang?:

Jetty Bar & Grill

Favorite quote and/or words to live by?:

The only way to fail for sure is to never even try!

Are you excited for the 2023 Everett Food Truck Festival? Is there anything you'd like people to know?:

Can't wait! We're super excited to get out there and serve the community. We ask for patience for us and all trucker staff because it's sure to be very busy!

Where can people try your food and find you at?:
