The Everett Food Truck Festival is Back!

After taking a break in 2018, we’re hungrier than ever to bring the Everett Food Truck Festival back!

New in 2019

  • Over 30 food trucks from all over the PNW (the most food trucks we’ve ever had!)

  • The Yum Run 5k, where runners can burn some calories before getting early access to the trucks.

  • Street Market, curated by Everett Makers Market. Over 40 vendors with artisan goods, plus games and kids activities.

  • Upper Left Beerfest is happening the same day!

The Street Market will run for two blocks. Straight down California Ave from Wetmore to Hoyt; creating a direct link from the Food Truck Festival & Yum Run to Upper Left Beerfest.

In addition to the built in seating at Wetmore Plaza, The Cope Gillette Theater will also be open to the public for additional seating.

How about those food trucks?
Here’s just a few to whet your whistle:

Snout & Co.
”Soul food from Cuba to Carolina—makes my grandma proud!”

We’ve been trying to get this fan favorite to the Everett food truck festival for years. Cuban BBQ goodness via bowls and sandwiches.

Alaska Weathervane Scallop Truck
”At Alaska Weathervane Seafoods, our vessels catch, shuck, clean, size-sort, box and rapid-deep-freeze the Alaska Weathervane within four short hours of capture. This process allows us to lock in the Weathervane’s natural sweet flavor and delicate texture for scallop connoisseurs to enjoy around the world, from the remote pristine icy waters of Alaska.”

Browsing recipes on their website like bacon-wrapped Alaska Scallop Sliders, our mouths are already watering.
